At Paper Source, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of non-customized, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized stationery, custom stamps, and opened craft kits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate paper goods are protected from creases or moisture during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
